Preparation / Directions:1. Toss plums with 1/3 cup sugar and orange juice.
2. Combine egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and milk in top of double boiler; cook and stir over boiling water until mixture thickens and coats spoon. 3. Remove from heat and cool. 4. Fold in sherry and whipped cream; gently fold in sliced plums. 5. Chill; serve in stemmed dessert dishes. | |||||||||
