Saute Beef Curry or Pa-nang Nuea

Ingredients:


1 tablespoon oil

1/2 pound beef -- sliced very thin

5 tablespoons coconut milk, mae ploy brand

1 1/2 tablespoons red curry paste

2 tablespoons fish sauce, squid brand

2 tablespoons sugar

5 pieces kaffir lime leaves

1/8 cup green bell peppers -- sliced

1/8 cup red bell peppers -- sliced

1/4 cup onions -- sliced

2 tablespoons peanuts,roasted -- ground

1/8 cup coconut milk, mae ploy brand

5 pieces kaffir lime leaves -- sliced very thin

3 cups cooked rice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Add oil to wok and cook curry paste and 5 T. of the coconut milk. Cook for awhile. Add beef (or chicken) and cook til done not stirring very much. Add fish sauce and cook 2 min. Add peppers and onions and stir fry til warmed through. serve over rice and top with Thai Dipping Sauce
