Preparation / Directions:
Try with chicken, lamb, shrimp, or vegetables. Heat margarine in 1-1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat until melted. Stir in flour, curry powder, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. .To Microwave: Place margarine in 4-cup microwavable measure. Microwave uncovered on high 15 to 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour, curry powder, salt, pepper and milk. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute with wire whisk or fork, until thickened
