Ingredients:


3 medium jalapeno pepper

1/4 cup onion

3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon coriander

1 teaspoon caraway

1 teaspoon curry powder

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons peanut oil
 

Preparation / Directions:


in a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. use small amounts in sauteed meats or vegetables.
