Ingredients:


1 cup rava

3 cups water

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 tablespoons ghee -- up to 4

6 whole cardamom seeds -- peeled

2 tablespoons cashews

2 tablespoons raisins

1 dash saffron

1 teaspoon turmeric
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Roast rava until light brown. 2. Boil 3 cups of water, add sugar, allow it to completely dissolve. 3. Add rava to water slowly, stirring. 4. Fry cardamoms, raisins, cashews in ghee. Add to rava. 5. Add saffron and turmeric and mix.
