Ingredients:


15 pieces mint leaves -- (to 20)

1/2 medium coconut

1 piece ginger root

6 medium green chiles -- (to 8)

1 medium Onion

1 tablespoon raisins

1 piece a small ball of tamarind

1 piece a small piece of jaggery

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grind all ingredients together to a fine paste without water.
