Indonesian Pork Tenderloin |

Ingredients:
1 pound pork tenderloin |
1 medium green lemon -- (juice only) |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 cloves garlic crushed |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon sambal ulek |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
2 tablespoons peanut oil |

Preparation / Directions:
Marinate pork tenderloin in other ingredients for 2 hours in covered container in the fridge. Grill over medium coals until internal temperature reaches 150F. Do not overcook as the pork will be dry. Serve with fried bananas.
