Preparation / Directions:In a wide bowl, mix chicken pieces, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt, chile powder, garam masala, tandoori red food coloring and marinate for about 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until they turn golden brown. Cook the chicken pieces until the gravy disappears and later fry them.
