Curry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:


1 bunch scallions -- finely chopped

1 clove garlic -- crushed

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

28 ounces crushed tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place a small amount of water in a saucepan. Add the scallions, garlic and ginger. Cook and stir over medium heat for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cook for another 6 to 7 minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot.
