Ingredients:


1/2 cup peanut oil

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup red wine

2 teaspoons catsup

2 teaspoons candied ginger

2 teaspoons garlic

1 teaspoon curry powder
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 4-96 hours use as a marinade for meat, poultry, or fish
