Raita (Vegetables In Yogurt)

Ingredients:


1 cup yogurt

1 cup chopped apples

1 cup chopped cucumber

1/2 cup chopped cabbage

1 teaspoon sugar

1 medium chopped green chile

2 tablespoons halved grapes

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Beat the yogurt. 2. Mix the remaining ingredients. 3. Put in the refrigerator to cool. Serve Cold.
