Ingredients:


500 gram lamb

200 gram onions

50 grams oil

5 grams turmeric

15 grams red chiles

2 bunches cilantro

20 grams ginger-garlic paste

15 grams cumin seeds

1 teaspoon salt to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix 125 grams onions, turmeric, red chiles, cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and blend to a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry well. Also add lamb pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes. To this, add the above onion paste, salt and cook for another 5 minutes or until done by covering. Remove from heat, sprinkle chopped cilantro and serve with sliced onion rings on it.
