1 large ripe avocado
1 medium the juice of half a lemon
75 grams unflavoured fromage frais
1 clove garlic -- peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
1 medium green chilli -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation / Directions:

Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh. Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin, in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin on top.
