Preparation / Directions:Cut the avocado lengthways into two and remove the stone. Scoop out the
flesh. Put the avocado flesh and the remaining ingredients, except cumin,
in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle the cumin on top.
