Indian Chutney - Microwave

Ingredients:


2 medium apples- cored and chopped

1/2 cup onion- chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1/3 cup vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar- packed

1/4 cup water

2 tablespoons candied citron -opt

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ginger -- ground

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon -- ground

1/8 teaspoon cloves -- ground

1 clove garlic -peeled and minced
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook all ingredients on high covered (100%) for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook uncovered for further 3 minutes. MAKES: 1 3/4 cups
