Turmeric Rice

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups water
1 cup converted rice
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 dash chile powder
1/2 piece bay leaf
 

Preparation / Directions:

Bring water to boil in medium sauce pan. Add rice with spices, stir gently for 10 seconds. Cover pan, lower heat to low - cook covered for 30 minutes. Stir when finished.
