Nimbu Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup rice
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon urad daal
1 teaspoon chana daal
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 cup raisins
1 dash turmeric
1 cup mixed vegs.
1 medium lemon
 

Preparation / Directions:

1. Cook rice. 2. Heat oil and add all other ingredients except for the lemon. Fry as appropriate. 3. Mix stuff in pan with rice. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the rice.
