Ingredients:
100 grams coriander seeds |
50 grams cumin seeds |
25 grams black peppercorns or green peppercorns |
25 grams cinnamon sticks |
25 grams cloves |
25 grams green cardamom seeds |
25 grams black cardamom seeds |
5 pieces curry leaves -- (to 6) |
2 teaspoons fennel seeds |
10 grams nutmeg |

Preparation / Directions:
Preheat oven to 100 C. Mix all ingredients except nutmeg in a frying pan. Roast them in the oven. Do not let them turn brown. Put aside until cool. Blend cooled and roasted spices at high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely pulverized. Add nutmeg and mix well.
