Indian Rice With Buttermilk

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups cold cooked rice

1 cup buttermilk

1 clove garlic -- minced

1 teaspoon hot chili peppers -- minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro -- chopped

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine ingredients in bowl. Add more buttermilk if rice does not hold together. Press in a pan; chill. Cut into squares and serve cold.
