Clam Casserole

Ingredients:


20 ounces minced clams -- drained

4 large eggs -- well beaten

1/4 cup butter or margarine -- melted

1/3 cup milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup minced onion

1/4 cup minced green bell pepper

18 pieces saltine crackers -- crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Pour into well-greased Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low setting for 4 to 5 hours.
