Italian Pot Roast

Ingredients:


4 pounds beef chuck roast

1 teaspoon salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon pepper -- to taste

1 package spaghetti sauce mix

2 medium tomatoes -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and dry spaghetti sauce mix. Top with chopped tomatoes. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until meat is tender. Slice and serve on hot spaghetti, spoon sauce over all or serve as is with sauce added on top.
