Barbecue Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients:


3 1/2 pounds beef short ribs

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 large onion -- cut into wedges

1 cup water

1 cup tomato ketchup

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

2 teaspoons salt

4 medium potatoes -- peeled

4 medium carrots -- pared, cut i

1 tablespoon cornstarch -- optional

1/4 cup water
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients at cook on low for 6-8 hours. (
