Slow Cooker Bbq Meatballs

Ingredients:


---MEATBALLS---

2 pounds ground beef

1 cup onion flavored bread crumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 packages onion soup mix

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 large eggs

2 Cup oil for frying

---BBQ SAUCE---

2 large onions -- chopped

12 ounces tomato paste

2 cloves garlic -- minced

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

1/2 cup beef broth

2 teaspoons salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


makes abut 60 meatballs In large bowl combine all ingredients for meatballs. Shape into meatballs. Brown in skillet with 1 tablespoon oil. Drain on paper towel. Add sauce ingredients to Crock-Pot and stir well. Place meatballs in Crock-Pot and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours or until hot. Serve directly from Crock-Pot.
