Scalloped Potatoes, Tomatoes And Ham

Ingredients:


6 Cups Potatoes -- peeled,thinly sliced

1/2 Cup Chopped Onion

2 Tablespoons Flour

1 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

2 Cups Cooked Ham -- chopped

1 Can Whole Tomatoes -- undrained,chopped

2 Tablespoons Margarine
 

Preparation / Directions:


Lightly grease slow cooker. Layer half of each ingredient in the order listed; repeat layers. Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour. reduce to low setting; cook 5 to 6 hours or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving.
