Tapioca Swiss Steak

Ingredients:


2 pounds round steak

1 large can stewed tomatoes

1 medium Onion -- sliced and inchringed inch

3 medium carrots -- chunked

1 cup water

2 tablespoons minute tapioca

1 teaspoon seasoned salt -- to taste

1 teaspoon seasoned pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put everything in crockpot and cook 6 to 8 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles.
