Corned Beef And Cabbage 1

Ingredients:

4 pounds corned beef brisket water
1/2 cup onion -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- minced or
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 pieces bay leaves
1 head cabbage -- cut into wedges
 

Preparation / Directions:

Placed corned beef in crockpot, barely cover with water. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours. If cabbage is desired, add about last two hours of cooking, if no room in the crockpot just remove the cornbeef and add back into to heat last 20 minutes or so.
