Preparation / Directions:1. Combine pie filling, raisins, grapefruit peel and sections in bowl.
2. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling mixture on each crepe; roll up. Chill.
3. Top each crepe with 1/4 cup whipped cream; garnish with additional grapefruit sections, if desired.
