All-Seasons Crepes

Ingredients:


1 can apple pie filling -- (about 20 ounces)

1/2 cup seedless raisins

1 tablespoons fresh grated grape-fruit peel

1 medium grapefruit -- peeled and sectioned

8 pieces crepes -- (6 inches in dia.)

1 cup heavy cream or -- whipped

2 cups frozen whipped topping -- thawed
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Combine pie filling, raisins, grapefruit peel and sections in bowl. 2. Spoon about 1/3 cup filling mixture on each crepe; roll up. Chill. 3. Top each crepe with 1/4 cup whipped cream; garnish with additional grapefruit sections, if desired.
