Ingredients:


2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup shortening,butter or margarine, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 2/3 cups REESES Peanut Butter Chips

2/3 cup HERSHEYS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Milk Chocolate Chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Heat oven to 350=F. 2. Stir together flour and baking soda. In large bowl, beat shortening, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 5 dozen cookies. Prep Time: 25 min. Start to Finish: 1 Hr. 10 min.
