Mom's Apple Cookies

Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups apples -- grated

1 cup shortening

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour milk

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/2 Cup walnuts
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix ingredients well and bake in 350 or 325 degree oven about 12 to 15 minutes.
