Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients:


1/4 Cup Butter Or Margarine -- softened

8 Ounces Cream Cheese -- softened

1 large Egg Yolk

1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla

1 Package Cake Mix (Any Flavor)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cream margarine and cheese together. Blend in egg yolk and vanilla. Add cake mix 1/3 at a time; mixing well after each addition. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
