Ingredients:


1 1/2 cups whole blanched almonds

1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar -- sifted

1 large egg white

1 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grind the almonds, a portion at a time, in an electric blender or food chopper, using the fine blades. Combine with confectioner's sugar, egg white, almond extract and salt. Work to a stiff paste. Refrigerate in an air tight container or plastic ba
