Texas Style Coleslaw

Ingredients:


6 cups Green cabbage grated

1 large Green bell pepper -- Chopped

1 large Red bell pepper -- Chopped

1/2 cup Fresh coriander -- chopped

1 Clove garlic -- mashed

1 jar Pepper -- chopped

1 Medium Onion -- chopped

1 cup Olive or corn oil

1/2 cup Red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Sugar

1/8 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


A twist on cole slaw that is perfect with barbeque. Grate cabbage. Chop bell peppers and coriander. Mix together. Make a dressing by combining the remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture and allow to stand for one hour before serving.
