Hot Cocoa With Coffee Liqueur |

Ingredients:
5 cups milk |
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder |
6 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee powder |
1 dash salt |
3 ounces semisweet chocolate -- chopped |
1/4 cup coffee liqueur |

Preparation / Directions:
Bring first 5 ingredients to simmer in heavy large saucepan over medium heat, whisking frequently. Add chocolate whisk until melted and smooth. Mix in liqueur. Ladle into mugs and serve.
