White Clam Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients:


1 can clams -- 10 ounce

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 clove garlic

1 1/2 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1 tablespoon parsley

4 ounces pasta -- cooked
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook garlic in oil until softened. Add flour and mix to a paste. Add juice from canned clams and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cook stirring over med heat for about 5 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
