Ingredients:


3 cups diced nectarines

1/3 cup scallions thinly sliced

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon sugar

1/8 teaspoon ground cumin

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 dash red pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all of the ingredients well and refrigerate overnight.
