No-Bake Walnut Balls |

Ingredients:
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces |
6 ounces butterscotch pieces |
3/4 cup confectioners sugar -- sifted |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon orange rind -- grated |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 3/4 cups chow mein noodles -- crushed, OR chopped walnuts |

Preparation / Directions:
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen pieces
1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces over hot water; remove from heat
2. Stir in remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles; chill 20 minutes.
3. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in noodles or walnuts.
4. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
