Cocoa Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:


1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
 

Preparation / Directions:


Makes 1 1/2 cups 1. Combine dry ingredients in saucepan; add corn syrup and milk and blend thoroughly. 2. Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. 4. Cool, without stirring, until pan feels warm to hand. Serve.
