Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:


4 cups rice krispies

1 package powdered sugar (1 lb.)

1 pieces margarine -- melted

2 1/4 cups peanut butter -- (creamy or crunchy)

1 package chocolate almond bark
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix rice krispies, powdered sugar, margarine and peanut butter until very smooth. It is very stiff and you almost have to use your hands to mix it. In a double boiler, melt almond bark. Roll rice krispie mixture into balls about the size of walnuts. Dip balls into the chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool.
