Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients:


3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/2 cup sugar

3/4 cup skim milk

2 tablespoons margarine -- (i prefer butter)

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon -- up to 1/2 teaspoon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix cocoa and sugar in small saucepan; stir in milk and add margarine. Heat over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Serve warm or at room temperature.
