Chocolate Macaroons

Ingredients:

1 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/3 Cup sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 Cups coconut
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla.
 

Preparation / Directions:

Melt chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or until almost melted. Stirring after each minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in coconut, condensed milk and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfulls, 1 inch apart, onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 325 degrees 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to cool on wire rack.
