Ingredients:


200 grams noodles - thin variety

1 cup finely shredded veggies - carrot, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion

2 teaspoon vinegar

1 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation / Directions:


Deep fry the noodles. Note - THE NOODLES SHOULD BE DEEP FRIED AND NOT BOILED Wrap the fried noodles in a tissue paper to absorb excess of oil. Add the veggies. Add the vinegar and the sauce. Add the salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
