Squid With Lemongrass And Coconut

Ingredients:


8 ounces fresh squid

1/2 stalk lemongrass

1/4 can coconut milk

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon oil

1 medium chile -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Wash the squid and slice horizontally into rings. Heat the oil and fry the lemongrass, squid and fish sauce. Add the coconut milk and chile. Serve.
