1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder

In a wok, heat oil over high heat until smoking. Add pork and stir-fry until done, about 3 or 4 minutes. Source: Lisa Clarke (based on a recipe from 365 Ways to Cook Chinese) Neil brought home some leftover hot and sour soup, and some crispy Chinese noodles on Friday, so last night, I whipped up this, and some rice to go with everything. It was quite good, and also very simple.
