Real Chicken Piccata

Ingredients:


4 medium Chicken Cutlets

1/2 cup Flour

6 tablespoons Butter

1/3 cup ry White Wine

3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon Salt And Pepper

1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley -- chopped

6 tablespoons Capers
 

Preparation / Directions:


1. Coat chicken on each side with flour. Melt butter in large skillet. Add chicken; cook over medium-low heat 5 minutes, turning to brown both sides lightly. Add wine, capers and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle parsley over top.
