Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients:


1 pound mixed vegetables frozen and thawed

1 cup chicken cut-up cooked

10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup

1 cup Bisquick Original baking mix or Reduced Fat

1/2 cup milk

1 large egg
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir remaining ingredients in small bowl, using fork, until blended. Pour into casserole. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until golden brown.
