Easy Baked Chicken Breasts |

Ingredients:
8 medium chicken breasts, skinned and boned |
1 1/4 cups herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed |
8 slices Swiss cheese |
3 Tablespoons butter (or margarine), melted |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 bunches Parsley , optional |
1/2 cup dry white wine (or water) |

Preparation / Directions:
Arrange chicken in greased baking dish. Top each breast with a cheese slice.
Combine soup and wine (or water); stir well. Spoon soup mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter (or margarine) over crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. Garnish with parsley.
