Teriyaki Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:


4 medium chicken breast halves without skin

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons cooking sherry

2 tablespoons cooking oil

3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat barbecue grill. In a shallow dish, combine soy sauce, sherry ,oil, and ginger. Place chicken in marinage and let stand 5 minutes. Grill on barbecue until browned on both sides and cooked through.
