Tater Tots and Carrot Dots with Chicken |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 package Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Herb with Lemon or Savory Herb with Garlic |
1 package Ore-Ida Tater Tots -- (16 ounces) |
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast -- 1-1/2 inch cubes |
3 medium carrots -- peeled and sliced |
10 medium fresh mushrooms -- cut in half |

Preparation / Directions:
In a gallon-size resealable plastic bag, combine oil and Recipe Secrets mix. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add remaining ingredients to bag; seal bag and toss to coat ingredients. Arrange ingredients in a foil-lined jelly roll pan that has been coated with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 450 F for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is done.
