Preparation / Directions:Rinse wild rice. Cook wild rice and brown rice together in water, tightly covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes, until tender. Drain. Place in bowl and toss with dressing. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice. Mix rice with avocado, chicken, tomatoes, and pepper. Refrigerate.
