Ovenbaked Chicken

Ingredients:


1 Tablespoon margarine or butter

2/3 Cup Bisquick Original baking mix

1 1/2 Teaspoons paprika

1 1/4 Teaspoons salt

1/4 Teaspoon pepper

3 1/3 Pounds cut up broiler fryer chicken
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat oven to 435 degrees; melt margarine in 13x9x2inch baking dish. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sids down in dish (dish and margarine should be hot). Bake 35 minutes; turn chicken. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. 5 Servings. High Altitude: Bake 40 minutes; turn chicken. Bake 20 minutes longer.
