Out-Of-The-Ordinary Chili |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound Beef, chicken, or turkey |
2 Cup Water |
1 tablespoons Chili powder |
1 tablespoons Curry powder |
3 medium Tomatoes, diced |
4 Cup Cooked kidney beans |
1 medium Onion, chopped |
1 bunch green onions, sliced |
1 1/2 Cup Grated natural sharp cheese |

Preparation / Directions:
In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned. Pour off drippings. Add
water, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and beans;
heat through. Stir in onions. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on
cheese.
